Overview
BluMine Health was formed to provide access to primary care and wellness services delivered by Nurse Practitioners at their onsite or shared site clinic care centers. BluMine’s primary care centers are exclusive to each client company’s employees and dependents. The main objective is to deliver an easier more efficient way to access primary care and wellness services.
Membership Details
- Does not require insurance to join
- Does not disrupt or change your insurance plan
- Includes access to BluMine’s network of health clinics
Requirements
- Must be a member of the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce
- Cost is $70 per employee per month (includes spouse and dependent children ages 2-26)
- Minimum of 4 employees required to join
- Monthly ACH payment will be made to the Bullitt County Chamber
